Returning to exercise after having a baby can feel daunting, I provide tailored and specific training sessions to help you work up a sweat and feel good about your body.

Post-natal Group Coaching

Small group mum and baby classes in a safe, friendly and inclusive environment. Expect strength and cardio conditioning to help with ab separation, pelvic floor engagement and functional fitness to help with the demands of parenting.
