This 6-week programme is tailored for women who have recently given birth in the last 12 months. Join a community of like-minded women, get fit and redevelop the fitness and strength you had before pregnancy. This programme aims to build fitness, tone muscles and help you to feel confident and strong. We’ll be completing a variety of exercises including: body weight, weights and cardio equipment whilst working out to music that will get you working hard. All abilities welcome!
We’ll meet every Wednesday at 6:30pm at SoFit in Bath, there’s parking available and it’s a great space. We’ll be using the outdoor space which is covered but please do wear additional layers if it’s colder.
