Post-natal Fitness Training

Every client must fill in this Post-natal Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, it’s an opportunity for me to understand a little more about the type of pregnancy you had, how the labour went and how you’re doing right now. This information helps me factor in your needs in a group workout session.

You’ll have to fill out this form before our first workout together, ideally you do this at home before our first session, alternatively, arrive a little earlier at the gym and we’ll complete it together.
